Research on the determination of work experience and supervision rotation is a scientific article literature within scope human resource management. The object this study to investigate influence rotation. purpose determine between variables. research method uses qualitative methods, which analyze each variable. results are: 1) Work affects rotation, meaning that with relevant much experience, workers will have high chance job So those who it possible position compared do not little or experience; 2) Job employee's ability an impact employee rotation; 3) supervision, This means flying hours employees, positive employees supervise work.
